Johnny Partridge Recognized as Hot Springs Service Hero

Congratulations Johnny Partridge, CNIM, EEG, for winning the Hot Springs Service Hero award.

Johnny was nominated by a coworker for always bringing joy to their unit. He’s described as a “ray of sunshine.”

There was a time when a very abusive patient was under their care. Johnny volunteered to stay longer to help de-escalate the situation.

The coworker said it may seem like a small gesture, but it made the entire unit feel safer having Johnny there and knowing they had immediate back up, if needed.

“Johnny Partridge is always showing compassion to his coworkers and patients, but this day he went above and beyond to help out our SICU.  We are so thankful he is one of our coworkers!
