Mireya Ervin Named Hot Springs Service Hero

Congratulations Mireya Ervin, staffing coordinator, for being recognized as a Hot Springs service hero!

Mireya was nominated by a coworker for her kindness and compassion.

The coworker said Mireya has always been so sweet any time they had any kind of interaction with her, but there was one day in particular that her kindness was extremely helpful and appreciated.  

One night the coworker said they had to call in due to personal issues.  When they called the staffing office, Mireya answered. The coworker said they were crying and in a full panic.  That is when Mireya went into ‘compassion’ mode.  Mireya helped calm the coworker down, and stayed on the phone to talk the coworker through everything that they were going through that night. 

Mireya was uplifting and a light to the coworker in a very dark moment.

“If it wasn’t for her, I am not sure what I would have done,” said the coworker.

“She is an absolute angel and I will always be so grateful for her and everything she did for me.  She has such a kind and beautiful heart; she is ‘humankindness’ all the way around.”
