My IT Support Portal is Here!

You’ve been hearing about upcoming changes to improve your IT experience. As of June 29, our ITS Service Desk and End User Computing Support is being provided by Unisys instead of Wipro.

Overview

With our new My IT Support online portal, you’ll be able to:

  • Request IT services and log issues.
  • Skip the phone call and have an online chat session with a live service desk agent.
  • Stay informed regarding the status of your tickets via your own online dashboard.
  • Get alerts on upcoming events and known outages so you’re informed and prepared.
  • Search a knowledge database for solutions to known issues.

Some users have reported difficulty hearing the video. The volume could be faint, depending on your computer.

If You Need Help

A go-live team will be available for approximately two weeks to support us during this transition.

  • All IT issues should be reported to the ITS Service Desk. They will be escalated to the go-live command center as needed.

– In the event you cannot reach the ITS Service Desk through normal processes, please call the command center at 1-267-405-4682, access code 7740028.
– The command center will be staffed by national project team members 8 a.m.-6 p.m. ET Monday-Friday.
– The main command center is in Denver and we have local command centers in Chattanooga and Little Rock.
– A hotline will be available after hours and on weekends.
