Well-being Team Unveils New Healthy Habits Card for Second Quarter of 2022

A new quarter of the year means a new Healthy Habits card and another chance to earn fun prizes while getting healthy.
Spring is a great time to set goals for better living, and the Healthy Habits Rewards Program makes it fun to kickstart some positive changes.
All employees who complete five wellness activities between April 1 and June 30 can earn a well-being Tshirt or 32 oz. water bottle. In addition, all participants will be entered into a drawing for a grand prize at the end of the quarter.
There are 15 healthy activities on the Healthy Habits Rewards Card. Employees need to complete just five activities to earn a Tshirt or water bottle. Healthy activities include tracking your water intake, preparing a healthy recipe, setting up a money jar or participating in your favorite form of exercise.

Participants can get additional entries into the quarterly drawing by submitting a photo of any completed activity to Debbie Staton. Each photo submitted will get an additional entry in the drawing.
Challenges will vary for each quarter. All coworkers can participate in the rewards program.
