The Coworker Survey is Live; Share Your Feedback Today

Our annual coworker survey is now open and ready for your feedback. We need our team members to step up to the plate and help us hit it out of the park!

We’re grateful for all you do, and we want to hear from you and learn how we are advancing a positive, mission-driven, high-performance culture.

Your personal link to the survey is in an email you received on May 3 from [email protected] (sent by our survey administration firm, SMD/Press Ganey). If you can’t find that email, you can also access and complete the survey by visiting MyEmployeeExperience.org and following the login instructions.

Coworkers can take the survey on a computer at their work space or by visiting designated rooms at each hospital.

Coworkers who take the survey by Wednesday, May 5 at 10pm will receive a free meal ticket for the cafeteria. To receive your ticket, you can take the survey at the designated rooms or show proof that you completed the survey (such a screenshot on your phone).

Coworkers who take the survey before May 8 will be entered into a drawing to win prizes, including Sonos speakers, iPads, flat screen TVs, fit bits, coolers and more.

The survey will remain open until May 24. It takes about 10 minutes to complete, and your responses will be confidential.

Your feedback helps us identify opportunities to improve the employee experience, support our teams and advance our culture. For example, you want us to be committed to providing equitable care to everyone, especially the most vulnerable, including the disabled, our LGBTQ+ community, and black and brown communities of color.

Because we are committed to health equity and the elimination of health disparities, and believe that everyone has the right to be healthy, we will be launching a robust, multiyear roadmap to advance health across CommonSpirit to benefit our employees, patients and their families and the communities we serve.

You also want to celebrate our diversity and create a sense of belonging. We now honor diverse heritage and health equity observances, engage in Meaningful Conversations on Civil Unrest and Social Justice, and invite all employees to take the I ACT ON pledge.

Contract employees and anyone hired after Jan. 3, 2021 are not eligible to take the survey this year.
