Well-being Event: Yoga Warriors Fighting Colon Cancer

Get your yoga mats ready and come prepared for some vinyasa at Donna Terrell’s Yoga Warriors Fighting Colon Cancer event. We’re excited to be a sponsor for the free city-wide event scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 7 from 4-5:30pm, at Rebel Kettle Brewing in Downtown Little Rock.

Even if you’ve never tried yoga before, you’re encouraged to join in on the fun session which will be led by Cassandra Benning from Floating Lotus Yoga and Spa. Come expecting to get some food since there will drinks and snacks for sale. They will also have raffle drawings and Yoga Warrior items for sale.

All proceeds from this event will benefit the 20th Century Hope Lodge, a local nonprofit that provides a free place to stay for patients while they’re in town for cancer treatments.

Admission is free, and guests are encouraged to bring their own mat.
