Central Arkansas’ Arkansas River Trail has a beautiful bike trail that stretches almost 90 miles throughout the Little Rock, North Little Rock, Maumelle and Conway communities. Biking that far make you queasy inside? Check out Pinnacle Mountain! We’d recommend starting early, but the 60-90 minute hike up the Base Trail is surely worth the view.

Drink Up Challenge
Drinking water instead of sugary or caffeinated drinks provides many benefits for our health and well-being.
